My name is Dale Sidebottom and I am a qualified Health and Physical education teacher, PT and owner of Bottoms Up fitness. For years, I have been developing games and resources to engage my clients and students and from this came the idea to make interactive, game based fitness sessions.

Being a full time teacher and running a personal training business, it is fair to say that I was busy, really busy! To find the time to sit down and write my 4-5 personal training sessions a day became a constant battle. That was when I thought there had to be an easier way.

Together with the team at Bottoms Up Fitness, we brainstormed and wrote up a list of areas that we could focus on, to create readymade sessions that would challenge the norm and provide variety for our clients! As we did this we found that we could create interactive, fun and game based sessions from our favourite TV shows, songs, board games and more. After 12 months of writing we now have over 350 fitness sessions written in the following categories:
